The guesthouse Ca` Bianca is the ideal location of departure for experts of trekking that want to confront Maira Valley using the guesthouse as a place of rest or departure as well for those that are looking for easier and relaxing excursions, having also the support of the donkeys of the Azienda Agricola Lucignolo in Roccabruna.

L´adrech – trails of the sun
duration 5,30 h – altitude difference 400 m
Departure from Espaci Occitan, in Via Valmaira ( ex barracks Aldo Betricco); then you take the Strada Linguadoca, Strada Provenza and San Giuliano Square till you reach Borgata Gautero, Borgata Bruna and Borgata Corte (villages). Then you follow the street in direction of the villages Verutti, Peduccio, San Giovanni and Castello. Along the villages Tiauda, Marinetto and Oggero you can finish the loop road through the villages Copetto, Toschia, Grangetta, Gora, Sandra, Rebuffo and Tettorosso, and finally you take the Strada dei Catari, Strada Marcabrun and Strada Valli Occitane until Espaci Occitan.
L´Ubac – trails of the forest
duration 6,00 h – altitude difference 630 m
Departing from Espaci Occitan, you take the Strada Linguadoca, Strada Provenza and San Giuliano Square till you reach the villages Borgata Ischia, Borgata Fonfonaia and Borgata Norat. Reaching the village Sant´ Anna, you can choose different destinations: Borgata Castello, Mount Roccerè, mountain pass la Ciabra, from where you go down to the pilgrimage church of Valmala in Val Varaita, or the Strada dei cannoni (cannons) that leads you to the mountain pass Sampeyre. But it ´s also possible to follow the circuit along the villages Ferre, Dao, Giorsetti, Nolfo and along the Strada d´Occitania, Strada Louis Alibert, Strada Marcabrun and Strada Valli Occitane until Espaci Occitan.
The promenade – short itinerary
duration 2,00 h – altitude difference 100 m
Departing from Espaci Occitan, you take the Strada Linguadoca, Strada Provenza and San Giuliano Square, until you reach the villages Gautero, Bruna and Corta. From here you pass the villages Fucina, Boneto, Tettorosso and continue on Strada dei Catari, Strada Marcabrun and Strada Valli Occitana where you come back to Espaci Occitan.
Occitan trails
The Occitan trails are a circuit that crosses the Maira Valley in 18 stages. They start from the plains of Villar San Costanzo to the mountain pestures of Elva, Prazzo and Acceglio and on the other side you pass Chialvetta, la Gardetta, Marmora, Macra and Celle Macra.

CityBike e Bici da Corsa
The high Valley with its asphaltic serpentine trails allows you to reach some mountain passes in the higher regions by normal bikes.
The hills and the plains offer you many trails and little streets on which there aren´t many cars that you can take by any type of bike to cross the country side.
The position of our guesthouse, exactly between the plains and the high valley is perfect for those opportunities.
E-Bike
The streets and trails of the region are perfect to be cruised also with the modern E – Bikes.
Especially for that type of bikes we are developing new offers that will be published soon.
Rock Climbing
Climbing wall Roccabruna – Chast`Las
The climbing wall that is just above the village Castello is divided in two main parts: the big wall of “Chast`las” and a little wall a little bit more to the west. The wall “Chast´las” has a characteristic pyramidal form and there are trails on all 4 sides, so that it´s possible to do a chilly climbing even in summer. The wall in the west offers very short trails (max. 8 metres), but very intensive concerning the difficulty. The variety of the exposition of sectors offers to climb well also during the hot summer months. But the better saisons are for sure spring and autumn.
